2D and 3D t-SNE Plots
t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding method used for visualizing high-dimensional data in 2D and 3D plot. These plots are embedded in Strand’s Flagship Desktop Application. The plots provide selection linked between data tables, 2D and 3D plots so as to have a better understanding simultaneously. The plots also provide points to be colored and shaped based on different conditions. This project was developed using Java and jython.

Roll It- Game
A 3-D game, where the main object was a 3-D ball. In this game the player controls the rolling of a ball on the game-board and collects all the collectable objects (rotating cubes) within a limited time. Developed and designed using OpenGL, SDK libraries and in C language.
Trials Tool
A web-based tool for working on clinical trials data and retrieving necessary information using the open-source clinical trails site. Several steps are performed on the available sample data using the developed website. Hereby as attached various pages developed. This was coded using ReactJs at the front end using the react store and react services to call the backend server.
B.Tech Project
A research-based project aimed at finding the best method to classify data (mainly medical data) by investigating more efficient methods to enhance accuracy and analyze the result. Had worked on this project in the beginning under a Ph.D. student as a part of the research. Then carried forward it to BTP. It mainly aimed at exploring more tree-based convenient genetic programming, algorithms combined with methods, such as parallelization, using big data parallelization, etc. This was also to classify the data in terms of accuracy. Java was used as the primary language and later on map-reduce Hadoop was used so as to run the algorithm on large datasets with parallelization.
